Job summary

Outlier is seeking software engineers in Latin America to help train AI models by reviewing AI-generated code and providing quality feedback. This is a freelance 1099 contract with flexible hours up to 40 per week and pay up to $34 USD per hour, with additional incentives based on project performance.

As a QA coder, you will review code, rate model responses, and craft clear CS prompts to push the AI beyond its current limits.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase in a tech company.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar, punctuation and style.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions.
