Outlier is hiring QA Coders to audit AI-generated code and rate model responses. This is a 1099 contract opportunity spanning flexible, remote work across eligible countries in Latin America and beyond.

You will contribute to real AI training efforts and help ensure high-quality code produced by AI models. The role requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science, practical software engineering experience on production code, and strong written and spoken English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve outputs.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models and extend their coding capabilities.
