Job summary

Outlier is seeking QA Coders to review AI-generated code and rate model responses. This remote, freelance (1099) opportunity pays up to $34 USD/hr, plus incentives. You will write prompts and help improve code generation models from anywhere in Latin America.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science with production code experience, strong English, and meticulous attention to detail. Applicants from across listed LatAm countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions like accuracy and instruction following.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models and push coding capabilities.
