Averna Powered by Spherea is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to ensure accurate recording and timely payments of vendor invoices. You will maintain records in the accounting system, reconcile statements, and support audits with precise documentation.

The role requires 4+ years in AP, proficiency with Excel and ERP (D365), and English language skills. Knowledge of Mexican/US taxes is a plus; the position is based in Mexico with competitive benefits.

Formación

• University diploma in accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in accounts payable.
• Proficiency with Excel; strong data entry and ERP skills; knowledge of Mexican/US sales taxes.
• Multilingual: fluent in English.
• Experience with D365 ERP; Canadian taxes and project accounting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and data entry.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements for outstanding payments.
• Process payments to suppliers and reimburse employee expenses.
• Record and reconcile corporate card transactions.
• Analyze invoice issues and vendor payment discrepancies; respond to inquiries.
• Support internal/external audits with documentation.
