Gordian Staffing is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a remote role. If selected, you will visit our CDMX or GDL offices on the first day.

You will review, verify, and process vendor invoices, enter invoices into the system with GL codes, and assist with month-end closing and audits for HOA/Condo associations.

The position offers remote work, competitive salary depending on experience, day-one insurance, and additional benefits after the probation period.

Qualifications

• 1.2 years of accounts payable experience may be preferred.
• Strong English skills (verbal and written) required.
• HOA or Real Estate experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system and assign appropriate GL codes.
• Process vendor payments through checks, ACH, and electronic transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records, tax forms, and insurance documentation.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and invoice status.
• Assist with month-end closing, reconciliations, and annual audits.
• Coordinate with Community Association Managers to obtain invoice approvals and resolve vendor issues.
• Process invoices for utilities, maintenance, insurance, and other HOA/Condo expenses.
