Job summary

Fulfillment IQ is seeking an Application Support Engineer to own advanced troubleshooting for Manhattan Active WM/OM in production. You’ll isolate complex incidents, drive resolution, and coordinate with vendors in a 24x7 global support model aligned to US time zones.

You will lead investigations, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to proactive problem management while maintaining detailed incident records and shift handovers.

Qualifications

3+ years in Level 3 application support or advanced production troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WM or Order Management production support.
Ability to analyze logs, API transactions, and monitoring data to isolate root cause.
Experience supporting business-critical WMS/OMS operations under incident and change management.
Willing to work a structured 24x7 shift with clean handovers.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics across functionality, configuration, integrations, and data.
Determine resolutions, workarounds, or escalation paths within SLAs.
Document investigation steps, findings, impact, and resolution.
