Job summary

Fulfillment IQ is seeking an Application Support Engineer to own advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for the global Manhattan Active WM/Order Management platform. You will handle Level 3 incidents, drive vendor escalations, and push proactive problem management in a 24x7 support model aligned to US time zones.

This role offers a 12-month contract with optional renewal through our employer of record, with English proficiency and bilingual capabilities valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Level 3 application support or advanced production troubleshooting with Manhattan Active WM/Order Management

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve Level 3 incidents with Manhattan Active WM/OM
• Escalate to Manhattan Associates with evidence and impact; coordinate vendor actions
• Lead root cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions
• Improve monitoring, health checks, and alerting to prevent incidents
