Job summary

Fulfillment IQ is seeking an Application Support Engineer for Manhattan Active WM/OMS. This contract role offers remote-capable work with 24x7 coverage across US time zones and a focus on complex incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and proactive problem management.

You will lead investigations, escalate to Manhattan Associates when needed, and improve monitoring and health checks. English is required with Spanish (Mexico) or Portuguese (Brazil) as a plus; flexible hours apply in a dynamic

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Level 3 application support or advanced production troubleshooting.
• Hands-on Manhattan Active WM/OM production support.
• Analyzing logs, API transactions, integration messages, and monitoring data.
• Diagnosing incidents across configuration, integrations, application behavior, and data processing.
• Willing to work a structured 24x7 shift rotation with clean shift handovers.
• Proficiency in English; native or fluent Spanish (Mexico) or Portuguese (Brazil).

Responsibilities

• Incident Investigation and Resolution: perform advanced diagnostics across functionality, configuration, integrations, extensions, and data.
• Major Incident and Vendor Escalation: support rapid diagnosis and escalation to Manhattan Associates with evidence and impact.
• Problem Management and Stability: identify recurring incidents and drive permanent corrective actions.
• Release Support and Knowledge Transfer: validate fixes and write troubleshooting guides.
