Molex, a Koch company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to safeguard reliability and safety of production line equipment. You will lead preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex automation and electromechanical systems, and drive continuous improvements with TPM and 5S practices.

You will collaborate with production, safety, and engineering teams to document processes, support audits, and uphold quality and safety standards across the facility.

Formación

• Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of automation, electromechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of PLCs (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens), robots (Fanuc, Kuka), and inverters.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and promote safety and environmental standards, ensuring compliance and proactive risk prevention.
• Analyze and improve equipment performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting TPM and 5S activities.
• Diagnose equipment failures, recommend countermeasures, and communicate solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate documentation, participate in audits, and contribute to the development and implementation of management systems.
• Foster a culture of quality, ethics, and teamwork, acting as a role model for company values.
