Molex, a Koch company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to safeguard reliability and safety of production line equipment. You will lead preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex automation and electromechanical systems, and drive continuous improvements with TPM and 5S practices.

You will collaborate with production, safety, and engineering teams to document processes, support audits, and uphold quality and safety standards across the facility.

Formación

• Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of automation, electromechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of PLCs (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens), robots (Fanuc, Kuka), and inverters.

• Analyze and improve equipment performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting TPM and 5S activities.

What You Will Do

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of automation, electromechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and using Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of PLCs (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens), robots (Fanuc, Kuka), and inverters.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Mexican health, safety, and environmental standards.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with reliability centered maintenance principles.
• Specialization in automation/PLC/robotics or electrical/electronics.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and advanced troubleshooting of industrial networks (Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet).
• Demonstrated leadership in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
