Molex in Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production line equipment reliable and safe. You will lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot automated systems, and drive improvements that support operational excellence on the shop floor.

The role requires hands-on experience with automation, electromechanical and pneumatic systems, plus knowledge of PLCs and robots. You will read mechanical drawings, maintain documentation, participate in audits, and model our safety and quality

Formación

• Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of automation, electromechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematics; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of PLCs (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens), robots (Fanuc, Kuka), and inverters.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Mexican health, safety, and environmental standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and promote safety and environmental standards, ensuring compliance and proactive risk prevention.
• Analyze and improve equipment performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting TPM and 5S activities.
• Diagnose equipment failures, recommend countermeasures, and communicate solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate documentation, participate in audits, and contribute to the development and implementation of management systems.
• Foster a culture of quality, ethics, and teamwork, acting as a role model for company values.
