Molex, a Koch company, seeks a Process Engineer to develop manufacturing processes per product specs and support production lines for continuous improvement. You will define process documentation, control plans, and workstations, while applying lean and quality methodologies across production environments.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 3+ years of manufacturing experience, with SAP and MS Office proficiency and advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office.
• Knowledge of ISO, QS, TS quality standards.
• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation.
• Knowledge of Lean, SPC and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes aligned with product specifications.
• Drive process improvements by monitoring and optimizing production operations.
• Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues on the production floor using a data-driven approach.
• Create, maintain, and release process documentation including control plans and visual aids.
• Coordinate and follow up on cross-functional projects with support teams.
• Design and analyze tooling, fixtures, devices to support manufacturing requirements.
• Apply APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Poka-Yoke, corrective actions, and Kaizen.
