Confidential is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role focuses on reliability, preventive maintenance, and team development to support production goals.

You will oversee a team of technicians, plan maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/ mechanical/ industrial engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with SMT equipment, Radial/Axial Insertion Machines, Wave Solder, Conformal Coating Equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, reliability, and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety standards and maintenance procedures are followed.
• Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and installations with vendors and contractors.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and resources.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting metrics.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to support operational goals.
