Milwaukee LATAM is seeking a reliability engineer to drive product validation through rigorous data analysis, DOE, and robust test plans. The role requires coordination with global teams and communication of results to stakeholders.

You will perform Weibull and life-data analyses, generate clear reports, and ensure on-time delivery within established processes. A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience are required, with advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in new product development processes with emphasis on design.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multiple projects and ensure compliance with timelines.
• Collaborate with teams in the U.S. and Asia for benchmarking and questions.
• Perform statistical analysis (Weibull, reliability distributions) and generate reports.
• Develop test plans and interpret validation results with clear conclusions.
