Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead full validation activities for complex transfer projects and to ensure robust documentation and process readiness.

The role requires 3+ years in NPD/transfer projects, strong Core Tools knowledge, and experience with Minitab/Power BI. International travel up to 25% is expected, with a focus on data-driven decisions and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electronic engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in New Product Development and transfer projects.
• Strong knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, CP).
• Proven experience with RCA methods 8D and A3.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Minitab and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Handle full quality validation for complex and urgent transfer projects.
• Develop and validate key quality documents (CP, QRS) to ensure project readiness.
• Lead RCA for issues during QB using advanced problem-solving methods.
• Communicate and escalate risks related to quality issues at any project stage.
• Participate in continuous improvement and QMS topics.
