Qualifications

• Experience in new product development processes with emphasis on design.
• Advanced knowledge of RCA methods (8D) and DoE, life data analysis and statistics tools.
• Experience with test plan development; mechanical and electronic aspects.
• Collaborate with teams in the U.S. and Asia for benchmarking and technical queries.
• Perform statistical analyses (Weibull, reliability distributions) and generate concise reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and processes are met.
• Conduct reliability analyses (Weibull, distributions) to interpret test results.
• Produce reports with clear conclusions for stakeholders.
