Job summary

Plata Card is seeking a Regulatory Reporting PM to drive timely, accurate regulatory submissions from a multi-stream data environment. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate across IT, data, and operations, and ensure compliance with authorities.

The role requires 3+ years in IT project management, experience with Data Warehouse, and strong stakeholder management under tight deadlines. English and Spanish on B1+ level are preferred for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PM experience in IT with regulatory reporting context.
• Experience with Data Warehouse solutions and ETL/ELT.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Fluent Spanish (B1+) and English (B1+) for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery management of regulatory reports.
• Coordinate across teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Liaise with regulator, prepare documentation and audits.
• Lead cross-team workstreams and remove blockers.
