Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to lead RFQ/RFP processes for Castings in Torreon, Mexico. The role emphasizes negotiating the best value while balancing safety, quality, delivery and cost for Flowserve’s sites and business units.

You will execute sourcing events, finalize supplier contracts, and ensure compliance with global category strategy. Strong analytical and negotiation skills, plus SAP/Ariba familiarity, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
• 1+ years of sourcing experience.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Experience with SAP or Ariba is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing events for Sites/BU's and manage RFQ/RFP processes.
• Negotiate with suppliers to balance quality, delivery and cost.
• Finalize supplier contracts and load them into ERP/tools.
• Support tender activities and provide quotes to Commercial Operations.
• Identify supplier risks and escalate through appropriate channels.
