Banamex is seeking a Regional Strategy Director to lead a team of professionals and drive key initiatives across the region. The role requires shaping strategy, coordinating cross-functional projects, and presenting to senior management.

The successful candidate will have extensive strategic experience, multi-country exposure, and strong analytical skills to size and prioritize large initiatives while ensuring risk and compliance considerations are integrated into decision-making.

Formación

• 10+ years strategic experience preferred.
• Ideally experience working in multiple countries.
• Deep knowledge of middle market commercial banking and drivers of commercial excellence.
• Understanding of drivers of value and financial statements in a commercial bank.
• Outstanding problem structuring and analytic capabilities; ability to break down complex problems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct a team of professionals across the region.
• Identify and develop regional projects to improve effectiveness and performance.
• Coordinate projects and strategic information from Latin America to top management.
• Develop processes to provide ad hoc information on strategic initiatives.
• Influence teams involved in projects leading to commercial excellence.
• Provide strategic guidance to outside teams during execution.
• Develop recommendations for senior management on high-priority initiatives and growth strategies.
