Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Regional Business Head/Strategy Senior Manager to guide complex regional initiatives and lead a team of professionals.

You will coordinate cross-border projects, report to the Strategy Group Manager, and help shape growth and performance across the region. The role requires deep strategic expertise, the ability to influence senior leadership, and a track record of managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.

Formación

• 10+ years of strategic experience preferred.
• Experience across multiple countries preferred.
• Deep knowledge of middle market commercial banking and value drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop regional projects to materially improve effectiveness and performance.
• Coordinate projects and strategic information from Latin America to top management and the business.
• Establish communications with and influence senior management across business areas.
• Develop processes for providing ad hoc strategic information requested by management.
• Advise senior management on high-priority initiatives including growth strategy, product and segment strategies, and cross-business initiatives.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, regulations, and Citi policies.
