Zoomlion México is seeking a regional service lead in Guadalajara to shape and implement service strategies across the region. You will coordinate engineers and resources, monitor execution, and drive customer satisfaction through process improvements and effective support for sales and service activities.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in similar positions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Live in Guadalajara.

Responsabilidades

• Regional Service Planning & Operations: Develop and implement regional service strategies, plans and objectives.
• Coordinate the allocation of service engineers and other resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor service execution and optimize processes to improve customer satisfaction.
• Sales & Service Activity Support: Assist planning and implementation of sales, marketing and customer service activities.
• Coordinate resources and provide technical support to ensure smooth execution.
• Service Team Development & Training: Build and manage the local service team and organize technical training.
• Develop engineers' repair, troubleshooting and service capabilities and supervise regional engineers.
• Assign and coordinate service engineers according to priorities.
• Spare Parts Management & Network Development: Improve regional spare parts management and service networks.
• Enhance spare parts availability and service support capability.
• Service Documentation & Data Management: Maintain regional service records and documentation.
• Ensure reports, maintenance records and feedback are properly recorded.
• Utilize data to support quality analysis and continuous improvement.
• Product & Service Quality Improvement: Drive improvements and analyze customer feedback to resolve issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to close issues and promote best practices.
• Integrate regional resources to improve utilization and service capability.
• Continuously optimize the regional service system for sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
