Henkel LATAM seeks a regional SME and technical authority for electronic security technologies, owning the LATAM Security Technology Roadmap and aligning with Global Security objectives. You will standardize across sites, lead projects, and guide stakeholders in Security, Facilities, IT and operations.

You will evaluate new technologies and manage vendor relationships to drive secure, efficient, and scalable solutions across LATAM.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Security, Electronics, or related field.
• Experience managing enterprise electronic security systems in multi-site, multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Alarm Monitoring, Visitor Management, and VMS.
• Experience with Genetec, Lenel, Milestone, Avigilon, Gallagher, Honeywell, or equivalent solutions.
• Experience leading security technology projects, vendors, service providers, and system integrators.
• Strong analytical skills, KPI development, reporting, dashboards and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and govern regional standards, requirements, and best practices for LATAM.
• Provide technical leadership to Security, Facilities, IT, and site stakeholders.
• Lead regional security technology expansion, deployments, upgrades, migrations and modernization projects.
• Ensure solutions are planned, implemented, and integrated with enterprise IT.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve security and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships with manufacturers, monitoring providers, and integrators.
