Control Risks in Mexico City or Bogotá is seeking an Associate Director to lead our Embedded Consulting business across Latin America, including Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and other markets. The role focuses on driving growth, managing client relationships, overseeing contracts, and delivering embedded security programs.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years in operational security or security consulting, 3+ years people management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and commercial

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or security certifications a plus.
• 5–7 years in operational security, security consulting, risk management, or embedded services.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing security programs across multinational environments in LATAM.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery and growth of Embedded Consulting services across Latin America.
• Serve as regional point of contact for embedded security consulting engagements.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, training, and performance of embedded personnel.
• Oversee contract performance, budgets, billing, renewals and financials.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Support business development, including proposals and pricing input.
• Monitor program performance and improve service delivery based on data.
