Freudenberg is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager for our Silao, Mexico operation. This full-time role leads regional sales efforts, drives revenue growth, and mentors a high-performing team.

You will build lasting customer relationships and coordinate with marketing and production to align strategies with business goals. The candidate will oversee forecasting, reporting, and process improvements to optimize sales outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in sales or account management, with prior team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regional sales processes and strategies.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting and CRM systems.
