Mondelez Mexico is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor to lead a detail-channel sales team in driving route and category objectives, building key customer relationships, and delivering our annual plan.

You will coach and develop the team, manage budgets, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and analyze sales data to optimize execution. This role starts early and requires travel, with strong Excel and negotiation skills to grow category performance.
