Freudenberg Group seeks an experienced sales leader to drive regional revenue growth in Mexico. The role focuses on implementing regional sales strategies and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

You will build strong customer relationships, forecast and report sales performance, and align with marketing and production to achieve targets. A Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in sales are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Sales, or related field.
• 6+ years in sales or account management with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regional sales processes and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to meet performance goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
