PSC Industries seeks a Regional Quality Director to lead quality across multiple sites in Torreón and the broader region. The role drives regulatory compliance, implements global quality management systems, and fosters a culture of excellence in product integrity and customer satisfaction.

The position requires extensive leadership experience in regulated industries, expertise in quality systems, and the ability to travel within the region to align sites with corporate standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of quality leadership experience in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the regional quality strategy, aligning with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Establish, monitor, and enhance quality management systems to ensure consistent product and process standards.
• Provide guidance and support to site quality teams, promoting best practices and standardization.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and regulatory affairs, to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training programs to strengthen quality competencies across the region.
• Analyze quality metrics, prepare reports for senior leadership, and recommend strategic improvements.
