Empresa Confidencial in Monterrey seeks a senior Quality leader to drive the Quality team and implement a robust QMS aligned with ISO 9001. You will define objectives, monitor KPIs, and lead root cause analyses to foster continuous improvement across manufacturing and operations.

The role requires strong leadership, 7-10 years in quality within an industrial setting, and advanced English skills. You will collaborate with operations and engineering while managing budgets and quality initiatives.

Formación

• 7-10 years of quality experience in industrial environments.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with PPAP and PFMEA.
• Customer and supplier quality management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Quality team, driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Ensure compliance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
• Define and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, customer satisfaction metrics, and process performance indicators.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives using structured and data-driven methodologies.
• Oversee customer complaint investigations, supplier quality performance, corrective actions, and quality improvement projects.
• Establish and maintain quality standards, controls, audits, documentation, calibration systems, and critical process certifications.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage quality-related budgets, performance reporting, and strategic quality initiatives.
