TTUKoffer in Mexico City is seeking a strategic Quality Director to lead the site quality management system and ensure compliance with international standards.

You will supervise process quality, perform data and root-cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and apply tools like FMEA and 8D to raise performance.

The ideal candidate holds a science or engineering degree, has over 10 years in manufacturing quality, and excels in English communication with Chinese capability noted.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• More than 2.3 years quality management experience in manufacturing (foreign company or joint venture)
• Chinese can communicate and communicate skillfully in English
• Motor manufacturers are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Quality system maintenance and optimization.
• Process quality control: monitor production/service processes, analyze data and root causes, identify improvement opportunities and promote corrective actions.
• Quality tools application: skilled use of FMEA, 8D and other quality tools
