Flowserve Corporation in Torreón, Mexico, seeks an engaged manager to lead the Quality Group and drive continuous improvement initiatives to raise quality performance across the site. You will manage the QA and Manufacturing Indirect QC teams, ensure QMS documentation and ISO 9001 compliance, and partner with site leadership to train staff and implement corrective actions.

Formación

• Experience in quality leadership and supervising a quality team.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ASME, NUPIC, AS9100 and related standards.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% (international travel possible).

Responsabilidades

• Engages with site leadership to communicate customer, regulatory and organizational requirements for quality.
• Manages QA and Manufacturing Indirect QC teams to balance targets and throughput.
• Oversees QMS documentation and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Coordinates audits with internal, customer and third-party bodies; conducts surveys as needed.
• Drives performance measurements and continuous improvement using Lean/CI tools.
• Partner with supply chain to qualify and maintain suppliers per ISO standards.
• Lead the Material Review Board process and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and implement quality plans and training to improve site products and services.
