Confidential Careers seeks a Plant Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives in our automotive manufacturing operations in Mexico. The role focuses on standardizing production and customer-service standards, and driving process improvements across sites.

The ideal candidate has engineering training, 8+ years in plant quality leadership, and advanced English skills, with multi-site management experience preferred. This on-site position can be based in Querétaro or San Luis Potosí.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering.
• 8+ years as Plant Quality Manager.
• Experience in T1 Automotive industry required.
• Experience in metal mechanic processes.
• Multi-site management experience preferred.
• Advanced English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Identify potential risks and perform root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports.
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, training and evaluations.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
• 8+ years as Plant Quality Manager
• Recent or current experience in T1 - Automotive industry - required
• Experience in Metal mechanic processes
• Experience managing multi sites preferred
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced English skills
