Smiths Group's John Crane division seeks a regionally focused Purchasing Leader to drive transactional procurement across multiple sites. You will lead a high‑performing team, coach talent, and align suppliers to product specifications and delivery terms, ensuring on‑time materials and inventory control.

This role requires senior procurement credentials, English fluency, and a proven ability to optimize costs, implement category strategies, and support global governance within the P2P cycle.

Formación

• Experience leading diverse teams, including remote leadership.
• APICS/CPIM/CIPS certification or equivalent.
• Strong data analysis and procurement knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional purchasing group across multiple sites.
• Coach and develop the procurement team.
• Align suppliers to PO specs and delivery terms.
• Ensure operations can be executed as planned and improve working capital.
• Deliver best value through category strategy in transactional purchasing.
• Manage daily tasks and escalate to leadership as needed.
