Johnson Controls is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to support end-to-end procure-to-pay operations and supplier relationships. The role emphasizes operational execution, training, and process optimization to improve service delivery and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong P2P and ERP experience, excellent communication, and a detail-oriented approach to work in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and ERP systems.
• Experience with supplier management and purchase order processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support across P2P workflows.
• Assist in resolving credit hold situations to minimize disruptions.
• Support SIR application access and user administration.
• Help reduce past-due invoices through collaboration with suppliers and AP/Category teams.
• Deliver training and guidance to internal customers; maintain documentation.
• Onboard and train new team members; share knowledge and best practices.
