OPmobility is seeking a senior purchaser lead to manage regional supplier negotiations, commodity strategies, and the purchasing budget. You will coach teams, drive savings, and ensure compliance with company procurement procedures while advancing sustainability targets.

The role demands strong leadership, multilingual collaboration, and deep understanding of automotive supply chains within a global organization.

Formación

• Master’s degree preferred (BA or Engineering).
• Minimum 8 years of purchasing experience in an industrial environment.
• Minimum 5 years experience in automotive industry. Negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of product technical aspects and production.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Coaches team in negotiations and escalations with suppliers.
• Leads regional commodity strategy and supplier panel management.
• Owns purchasing budget and savings process within the region; coordinates with leadership.
• Ensures compliance with OP purchasing procedures and safety/regulatory rules.
• Drives supply chain decarbonization targets in line with OP roadmap.
• Develops talent and ensures HR processes are properly executed within perimeter.
