Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Regional Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the manufacturing strategy and ensure operational excellence across plants. You will drive process standardization, resource optimization, and the implementation of innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities include setting strategic direction for engineering functions, overseeing new product introductions, driving Lean/Six Sigma, and reporting results to corporate leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, including multi-plant or regional leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, project management, and automation.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction for engineering functions across assigned plants.
• Oversee the implementation of new products and production processes, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Manage regional budgets, technical resources, and workforce allocation.
• Coordinate projects related to automation, energy efficiency, and industrial digitalization.
• Develop training and succession plans for engineering teams.
• Report performance indicators and strategic results to corporate leadership.
