Continental is seeking a General Manager for Manufacturing Engineering and Facility Management to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and oversee the plant's investment, cost control and process improvement initiatives. You will direct cross-functional projects and coach teams to meet high internal and external expectations.

The role requires a university degree in production/engineering management, 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, and fluency in English.

Formación

• University degree in production/engineering management or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience across IE, quality and operations.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with cross-functional responsibility.
• Experience working with international teams; English is mandatory.
• Experience in rubber and plastic production and Industry 4.0 knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate Manufacturing Engineering and Facility Management functions.
• Translate strategy into action plans and ensure execution.
• Contribute to strategic and operational planning, investments, capacity, and headcount.
• Drive continuous improvement using CBS methods and training.
• Lead cross-functional projects and provide coaching to staff.
