Fugro-Geoteam AS is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for Remote Sensing & Mapping to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence across Latin America. You will lead regional strategy, deploy advanced geospatial technologies, and serve as the technical authority for a broad RS&M portfolio including airborne LiDAR, photogrammetry, and digital workflows.

• Experience leading geospatial or RS&M teams in LATAM.
• Strong client engagement and project delivery capabilities.
• Proven ability to deploy advanced RS&M technologies.

• Lead regional strategy and technology deployment across LATAM.
• Serve as regional technical authority for airborne mapping and LiDAR.
• Oversee project delivery, resource planning, and QC.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to win strategic projects.
• Mentor surveyors and build technical capability in the region.
