Fugro-Geoteam AS seeks a senior leader to drive application-driven technical leadership for NSI in LATAM. You will translate strategy into deployable methods and ensure safe, efficient project delivery in nearshore markets.

The role requires deep expertise in LNG/FLNG, desalination, offshore wind, and coastal infrastructure, with accountability for multi-country execution and strong client-facing engagement.

Formación

• Engineering or geoscience degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years in geotechnical, geophysical, or marine services.
• Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Lead application-driven technical leadership for NSI and nearshore projects in LATAM.
• Translate technical strategy into deployable solutions and operational performance.
• Own technical and operational readiness for NSI and integrated marine projects, including resource planning and logistics.
• Lead strategic bids and complex opportunities requiring service line involvement.
• Engage with LNG/FLNG, desalination, offshore wind, and coastal infrastructure projects to deliver value.
