Aon seeks an experienced professional to lead its AMATS practice across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. The Regional AMATS Leader will drive growth, oversee all transaction risk solutions, and partner with clients, advisors, and insurers to deliver tailored risk remedies.

The role requires deep corporate transactions knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and proven leadership, with fluency in Spanish and English to manage diverse teams and stakeholders in the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Law; Mexico preferred.
• Significant M&A experience with cross-border transactions.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the regional AMATS team across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
• Drive business development, client relations, and revenue growth.
• Oversee Transaction Risk Advisory and Insurance-related services.
• Collaborate with global Aon teams and external advisors.
• Translate complex deal risk into actionable client recommendations.
