Aon is seeking an experienced regional leader to drive the AMATS practice across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. You will shape growth, oversee transactional risk advisory, and collaborate with clients, private equity sponsors, lenders, and insurers to deliver premier risk solutions.

The role requires a deep M&A background, strong leadership, and the ability to build cross-border opportunities while mentoring a high-performing team within Aon’s global network.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (Mexico).
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, private equity, or related advisory services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead growth strategies for the AMATS practice across the region.
• Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms, law firms, investment banks, lenders, and corporate clients.
• Translate complex legal and technical concepts into practical business solutions for clients.
• Lead and develop the AMATS team across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
