Aon is seeking an experienced and commercially driven leader to head its M&A and Transaction Solutions (AMATS) practice across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. This regional role is responsible for growing the Transaction Solutions and Transaction Advisory Services, building client relationships, originating opportunities, and guiding high-performing teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (Mexico).
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, private equity, or related advisory services.
• Strong understanding of M&A structures, transaction execution, and acquisition agreements.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives, investors, legal advisors, and financial institutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the AMATS practice across the region.
• Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms, law firms, investment banks, lenders, and corporate clients.
• Identify and originate new business opportunities through proactive networking and market engagement.
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and strategic discussions with senior executives.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
• Represent Aon at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives.
