Grammer Automotive Puebla, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Regional Jr.

Controller to support financial performance across regional plants. The role analyzes deviations, promotes accurate recording, and collaborates with middle and senior management to deliver reliable financial information to the Plant Controller. You will consolidate monthly results, perform variance analysis versus Budget and Forecast, and prepare regional reports and executive presentations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced English – essential for the position.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP modules: CO, MM, and FI.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate monthly financial results from regional plants/business units.
• Perform variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast, and Previous Year.
• Prepare regional financial reports for management and corporate teams.
• Develop and update executive presentations on regional financial performance.
• Monitor regional financial and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with Plant Controllers to collect and validate financial information.
• Prepare financial bridges and performance analysis covering Sales, Gross Profit, EBITDA, Cost Performance, FX, Volume, and Mix.
• Participate in regional Budget and Forecast processes.
• Monitor financial trends, risks, and improvement opportunities within the region.
• Support cost optimization initiatives and profitability improvement projects.
• Provide support to the Controlling department in additional financial activities.

We are looking for a Regional Jr. Controller to join our team and contribute to the financial performance and strategic decision-making of our regional operations.

The Junior Controller analyzes plant financial deviations and promotes accurate financial recording to improve performance indicators. The role works closely with middle and senior management to provide complete and reliable financial information to the Plant Controller, supporting effective decision-making. Additionally, the position provides support in activities related to the Controlling department.
