Grupo TECMA is seeking an experienced Site Controller to lead the financial operations of our site in Tijuana. The role combines accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and process improvement to support profitability and operational efficiency.

You will partner with operations, supply chain, and engineering to drive cost savings, monitor standard costing, and ensure timely financial reporting. A strong background in manufacturing finance and ERP systems is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong costing, inventory management, and manufacturing KPI knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all accounting operations for the site, including general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, and payroll coordination.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes; prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
• Analyze financial results, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to plant leadership.
• Manage the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes in collaboration with corporate finance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant financial regulations.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and engineering to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Monitor and improve standard costing systems and product margin reporting.
• Support audits and implement process improvements across financial operations.
