Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in public accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial control.
• Solid knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee accounting records and ensure their accuracy.
• Monitor and follow up on account reconciliations.
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor financial indicators and analyze variances.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate activities with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Payroll departments.
• Propose improvements to processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate on projects involving the automation and optimization of financial reporting.
