Fresenius Medical Care in Mexico City seeks to appoint a senior executive who will lead real estate, facilities, and corporate security strategy across an international region, ensuring alignment with global objectives while supporting local business priorities.

The role oversees regional portfolios, manages outsourced delivery with brokers and security vendors, establishes governance and SLAs, mitigates risks, tracks KPIs, and partners with Centers of Excellence to drive operational excellence

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years of experience in international real estate, facilities, and/or corporate security leadership.
• Proven experience operating in complex, multi-country environments.
• Strong experience managing outsourced delivery models and third-party vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence decision-making.
• Experience managing multi-asset portfolios (offices, clinics, labs, manufacturing).
• Strong understanding of global regulatory environments and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution in decentralized environments.
• Advanced english and spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of real estate, facilities, and corporate security strategy across an international region.
• Oversee regional real estate portfolio including transactions, space planning, and site improvements.
• Partner with Country Managers and regional leaders to align solutions with business needs.
• Manage outsourced delivery model with brokers, project managers, and vendors.
• Establish performance standards, governance processes, and SLAs.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive service excellence.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to real estate, facilities, and security.
• Track KPIs and report findings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Global Real Estate and Corporate Security Centers of Excellence.
