Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Regional Lead for Real Estate and Corporate Security to drive end-to-end execution across the Americas (excluding the U.S.). You will partner with Country Managers, manage outsourced vendors, and align real estate strategies with regional business needs.

Required are 12–15+ years in international real estate or security leadership, strong vendor governance, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, real estate, or related field.
• 12–15+ years of international real estate, facilities, and/or corporate security leadership preferred.
• Advanced English and Spanish language skills required for regional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end real estate and security execution across the Americas (excluding the US).
• Oversee outsourced delivery with brokers, CPMs, FM providers, and security vendors.
• Ensure governance, cost control, risk management, and vendor performance across sites.
