Mars in Mexico City is seeking a Governance and Control Lead to drive a proactive internal controls program and strengthen risk management across the business.

You will partner with the CFO and Controller to implement standardized controls, map processes, and align with global policies. You will influence governance culture and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (PWC, lawyers) to pursue continuous improvement in finance processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law or Business Administration.
• IC certification and/or Master’s degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience with forensic engagements and SAP audit.

Responsabilidades

• Identify key Mexico risks and define an integral mitigation plan.
• Define and drive the Governance Agenda with senior management and CFO/Controller alignment.
• Foster governance culture and tone from the top.
• Share best practices with Mars and partners (PWC, lawyers) to improve control environment.
• Lead continuous improvement in S&F across inventories, fixed assets, O2C, procurement.
• Support audits and remediation, liaise with internal audit and external auditors.
