Mars Global Services and Global Digital Technology seek a senior controllership leader in Mexico to enforce accounting standards, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and support local, segment, and corporate obligations. You will lead the DT/MGS controllership team and collaborate with auditors to strengthen internal controls and policy implementation across multi-country operations.

The role requires extensive experience in consolidation, close processes, and a strong background in

Formación

• BS/BA in accounting or finance required.
• CPA/CIA or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting / consolidation experience.
• Experience with US GAAP and financial statement reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Corporate Financial Controller group to drive a tightly managed close process.
• Drive compliance with Mars global accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead the DT/MGS controllership team to ensure accurate financial reporting across global service centers.
• Tailor accounting policies to meet segment needs while aligning with corporate requirements.
• Interact with external auditors to drive DT/MGS matters to conclusion.
• Drive internal controls and enterprise-wide reporting improvements.
