Allianz Partners in Mexico is seeking a Governance Manager, Accounting & Reporting Specialist to lead financial governance, reporting quality, and regulatory compliance for our Mexican entities. You will drive IFRS and Mexican standards compliance, support audits, and strengthen controls across the organization.

The role requires experience in accounting governance, external audits, and tax regulations, with fluency in English and a preference for Portuguese.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with IFRS and Mexican accounting and tax regulations.
• Experience managing complex statutory audits with external auditors.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting per IFRS and Mexican standards.
• Lead accounting governance, policies, and controls across entities.
• Monitor balance sheet reconciliations and reporting controls for accuracy.
• Coordinate statutory audits with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on IFRS, Mexican tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Drive remediation and process improvements to strengthen governance and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with regional teams and regulators on accounting and compliance challenges.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and Group accounting programs.
• Operate in AI-enabled, data-driven environment with strong data governance.
