Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Corporate F&B Director to lead the Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s F&B strategy across multiple resorts. You will collaborate with Procurement, Design Services, Openings & Conversions, Quality, HR to enable hospitality excellence and brand consistency.

You will oversee regional F&B performance, develop budgets, and mentor leaders while ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance across properties.

Formación

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in food and beverage within hotels, resorts, or high-volume restaurant groups.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate positions (Director of F&B, Corporate F&B Head, Regional F&B Director, or similar).
• Proven experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, and kitchen development and operations.
• Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and execute the F&B strategy across Hyatt Inclusive Collection portfolio of resorts.
• Define and implement the regional F&B strategy aligned with global direction and brand standards.
• Oversee daily F&B performance across multiple properties; ensure service quality and compliance.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to achieve profitability targets.
• Collaborate on creating, rebranding, and positioning restaurant, bar, and banquet concepts.
• Mentor F&B leaders; foster growth, accountability, and high performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance; meet internal audit standards.
• Identify trends to maintain competitive edge; share knowledge with hotel F&B teams.
